With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Epperson of Ohatchee, Alabama, who passed away on February 24, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Epperson and Bernice Epperson; his brothers, Ronnie Epperson and Harold Epperson; and his brothers-in-law, Dee Brown and Hank Hankins.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Epperson; his children, Lisa Hill (Tony) and Corey Epperson (Jerrie); his sisters, Nadean Hankins and Helen Brown; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Epperson and Sharon Epperson; his brothers, Kenneth Epperson (Rovene) and Alton Epperson (Veronica); his grandchildren, Reed Hill, Raegan Hill, Cortney Williamson (Anthony) and Eric Langston (Lexy); and his great grandchildren, McCrae Langston, Lyra Langston, Lyza Langston and Adler Williamson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
