He was predeceased by: his parents, W. O. Walden and Mertice Walden; his siblings, Carter Donald Walden and Judy Viviette Butler; and his niece Diane Butler.
He is survived by: his brother Joseph Earl Walden (Barbara); his wife Connie L. Andrews; his stepchildren, Kim and Scott Andrews; and his grandchildren, Austin, Ariel, Jesse and Alice.
