He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fordham and Sarah Fordham; and his siblings, Glennis, Arlene and Geneva.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Fordham (Deanie), Terry Fordham and Andy Fordham (Cheryl); his close friend Barbara Gentry; and his siblings, Verna, Faye and Neal. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
