She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Alger; her great-grandparent Glenn Mathewson; and her mother-in-law Lillie Mae Noah. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Walter Noah; her mother Thelma Alger; her daughters, Carolyn Mae Bliss (Mike), Jacqueline Marie Noah and Mary Louise Noah; and her siblings, Don Alger of Robert Alger, Liz Von Sande, Jeanne Donnelly, Helen Noe, Shirley Nieberlein and Nancy Peck. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Children's Hospital of Washington D.C. Special thank you to ALACARE Hospice; her sister, Jeanne; Dr. Young and the Staff of Regional Dental Center; and Jesus Christ her Savior.
