Levis is survived by: sons, Lewis Humphries (Lynn) and Wayne Humphries (Mary); and grandchildren, Pam Ryan (Jeff), Marion Johnson (Larthonia) and Mark Tipton. Levis is also survived by several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
