He is survived by: his wife Scottye Bentley Wallace; his children, Debra Wallace Loewy (David), Cynthia Dale Wallace Southwell (John), Michael Steven Wallace and Jason G. Howard (Christina); and his grandchildren, Matt Railey, Steve Railey, Elizabeth Riggs and Meredith McMillan.
