He is survived by: his parents, Vivia Carr Underwood Tomlin (Jimmy Ray) and Richard Underwood (Mattie); his pet Bama; his brother Brian Howell (Rebecca); his niece Meredith Howell Buckner (Schuyler); his nephew Hayden Howell (Jade); and his cousins, Brad Carr (Lara), Lance Carr and Rachel Carr Ford (Lucas). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
