He is survived by: his wife Mary Streip King; his children, Rick King (Beth), Denise Pugh (Gerald) and Angela Self (David); his grandchildren, Carmen Booker (Cory), Amber Barton (Spencer), Logan Self and Cole Self; his great grandchildren, Austin Booker, Dylan Booker, Jaxson Booker, Eden Booker, Bradley Barton and Dolly Barton; and his sister Diane Deerman (Ken).
