Eugene Whitten Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Whitten of Ohatchee, Alabama, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eugene Whitten to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie Kilgore Whitten; his son Scott Whitten; his parents, Clarence Whitten and Bertie Whitten; and his siblings, Bill Whitten, Kenneth Whitten, Doug Whitten and Gwen Whitten Barber.

He is survived by: his children, Barry Whitten (Sonja) and Kristy Whitten Stone (Steven); his grandchildren, Aaron Whitten, Luke Whitten, Daniel Whitten, Breana Whitten Black, Emily Whitten, Mackenzie Stone, Adam Stone and Jacob Stone; his great grandchildren, Palmer Whitten, Scotlyn Whitten and Wells Whitten; and his sister Becky Casalini.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Hospital in memory of Mr. Whitten.
