It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl Edwin Parton Sr. (Ohatchee, Alabama), who passed away on June 1, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, Gerald Acker and Clarence "Smitty" Smith; his nephew Smith Collins; and also, Bill Collins and Jennie Mae Collins.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Carl Parton, Jr., Collins Parton and Jennae Parton Young; his grandchildren, Chase Parton (Jessica), Carly Young and Mason; and his great grandchild Carson Parton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
