She was predeceased by: her husband James Hayes; her parents, James Andrews and Frances Andrews; and her sister Bula Andrews Howard. She is survived by: her sons, James Hayes Jr. (Donna), Timothy Hayes (Pam), Jonathan Hayes (Deandrea) and Joel Hayes; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Vest, Steven Hayes, Rachael Armistead, Jaden Hayes, James Hayes, Forrest Hayes and Lily Hayes. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
