He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miller and Bettie Lou Miller. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his children, Jennifer Johns (Christopher), Michael Chapin (Tayler), Meagan Williams (Connor), Morgan Revilla (Manuel), Gabriella Johns, Amanda Lowery, Zerenidi Chapin, Andrew Chapin, Isabella Revilla, Skylar Smith and Isaac Revilla; his great grandchild Jaxon Johns; and his sister Julie Miller.
