He is survived by: his wife Elaine Holliday Mize; his daughter Angela Moore (Art); his sister-in-law Alice Faye Cook (Larry); and his close friends, Herschel Morgan, Paul Harbin and David Pearson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
