He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Duncan and Glenda Matthews Duncan; his grandparents, Buster and Mildred Matthews; and his uncle J. D. Matthews.
He is survived by: his daughter Brook Slater (Kyle); his siblings, Sharon Duncan, Jaylon Duncan (Anna) and Thomas Duncan; his granddaughter Chloe Slater; his niece Emma Duncan; and his cousins, Richard Matthews and Christopher Matthews.
