She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arthur and Geolah Beason Stovall; her husband Robert Sanders; her sister Imogene Coupland; and her brother-in-law Joe Coupland.

She is survived by: her children, Brad Sanders (Kelli) and Salli Bauer (Jay); and her grandchildren, Garrett Sanders, Anna Lea Sanders, John David Bauer and Madeline Bauer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other close family members.
