He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Bell and Parilee Bell; and his brother Rudolph Bell. He is survived by: his wife Martha Bell; his sons, Todd Bell (Dana) and Marc Bell (Carrie); his sisters, Marcia Crow and Thelma Gray; and his grandchildren, Hannah Bell Russell (Matt), Joel Bell, Jacob Bell and Lilli Bell.
In lieu of flowers the family have requested donations to be made to the Calvary Building Fund.
