He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred H. Ratliff and Mary F. Baldwin; and his sister Gail Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Marie Ratliff; his son Robert Dean Ratliff (Bobby); and also, Jim Imhof, JoAnn Cohen, Dan Cohen, Jerry Kreidler, Doris Kreidler and Ann Kreidler. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
