He is survived by: his siblings, Buddy Cartee (Debra) and Janice Clements (Randy); his sons, John Briscoe (Rejeana) and Joseph Cartee (Valerie); his grandchildren, Christopher Mckown, Shellie Mckown, Abbie Mckown Wilson, Hope Briscoe, Emily Cartee and Kristen Cartee; and his great grandchildren, Lillian Mckown, Owen Mckown, Elijah Campbell, Heidi Wilson and Ashton Hays. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
