She was predeceased by: her husband Theron Blackwell; her parents, James Perkins and Pernie Perkins; her son Travis Blackwell; her grandchildren, Randy and Mandy Fondren; and her sister Kay Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Fondren (Mike), Ann Blackwell, Danny Blackwell (Pattie) and Dennis Blackwell (Carolyn); and her brother John Perkins (Roland Perkins). She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oakman Church of God (8151 Market St, Oakman, AL 35579). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
