He was predeceased by: his brother James Paul Tubbs; and his grandparents, Arlie Tubbs, Barbara Tubbs, Efford McCoy and Clara McCoy.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Tubbs of Oakman; his parents, Martha McCoy Tubbs of Oakman and Robert Mancil Tubbs of Oakman; his sons, Robert Shane Tubbs (Nicole) of Oakman and Jonathan Zachary Tubbs (Erica) of Oakman; and his siblings, Brenda Blackwell, Belinda Davis, Scott Tubbs and Jason Tubbs. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren.
