He is survived by: his wife Jane Mullinax; his daughters, Lisa Thrash (Al) and Melanie Moore (Wayne); his brother Richard Mullinax (Mary); his grandchildren, Lauren Young (Dayne), Lee Moore, Will Thrash and Luke Moore; and his great grandchildren, Layla Jane Young and Carter Elyse Young.
