He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Swindle Patton; his children, Wayne Patton of Oakman, Chris Patton (Suzanne) of Oakman and Tammy Patton Rigsby (Clay) of Jasper; and his siblings, Gail Griffin of Alabaster and Roger Patton of Oakman. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
