She was predeceased by: her husband Searcy Evans; her parents, Dell Guthrie and Kate Guthrie; and her siblings, Clarence "Bo" Guthrie, Walter Guthrie, Walker Guthrie, J. W. Guthrie, Clara McGough, Ruby Morrow, Evelyn Williams, Helen McGough, Maxine Boles and Willodean Barnett.
She is survived by: her sons, Barry Evans (Alicia) and Zane Evans (Kristie); her sister Barbara Collins; and her grandchildren, Sam Sievers, Cole Evans, Aiden Evans and Avery Evans. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
