She is survived by: her husband Elmer P. Welch; her children, Dennis E. Welch (Sylvia) and Bethany D. Welch Brewer (Mike); her grandchildren, Keri Beth Adams (Hunter), Kodey J. Welch (Cassie), Emily C. Tubbs (Mason), Patrick D. Welch (Marie), Phillip M. Brewer and Andrew P. Welch; her great grandchildren, Addyson Kaye Tubbs, Bentley Ray Tubbs and Hayden Belen Welch; and her siblings-in-law, Bobby Welch, Donnie Welch and Pat Welch. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
