Brewer, Kodey J. Welch (Cassie), Patrick D. Welch (Marie) and Andrew P. Welch; his sister-in-law Donnie Welch; and his great grandchildren, Addyson Kaye Tubbs, Bentley Ray Tubbs and Hayden Belen Welch. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
