She was predeceased by: her husband Alwyn Lewis Perkins, Jr.; and her daughter Pamela Sue Perkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Perkins and Rachel Perkins; and her siblings, Eddie Nichols, Frances Nichols, Robert Nichols and Peggy Sue Perkins. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
