He was predeceased by: his daughter Carol Beck Sartain; his parents, William L. "Bill" Beck and Thelma Martin Beck; his granddaughter Haley Sartain Ellenburg; his grandparents, Brite, Mamie Beck, Rube and Ella Martin; and his in-laws, Robert "Bob" Savage and Euline Guin Savage.

He is survived by: his wife Sara Savage Beck; his daughter Gina Pair (Ken); his son-in-law Mark Sartain; his grandchildren, Ben Tubbs (Brandy), Brad Tubbs, Katie Sartain Jones and Marcy S Myers (Nick); his sisters, Glenda Raines and Suzanne Beck; and his great grandchildren, Griffin Jones, Laethin Tubbs, Letti Tubbs, Rhett Ellenburg, Lynlee Myers, Haven Myers and Ryker Myers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Day Cemetery Fund.
