He is survived by: his close friend Evelyn Garrett of Oakman; his children, Vanessa Busby (Buster) of Oakman, Carla Kilgore (Wayne) of Pleasantfield and Charles Willcutt (Tisha) of Arkansas; his brother Jerry Willcutt (Kay) of Crane Hill; his children, Barry, Amber and Christy Garrett; and his grandchildren, Casey Bruner (Jeremy), Courtney Grooms, Emma Alexander (Loren Grissom), Heath Willcutt (Jessica), Zachary Willcutt, Mark, Chris Austin (Rayne), Anthony Alexander and Nathan Little. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
