He is survived by: his children, Courtney Maddox (Tyler), Tori Russell, Ashley Griffin (Cameron), Dylan Wiley, Morgan Madison and Mason Madison; his father Emmett Madison (Gaylene); his grandchildren, Amira, Cayden, Gabriel, Adley, Kirsten, Ashlynn and Braxlen; his grandparents, Barbara Motte and Doug Motte; and his sisters, Jenny Thomas (Cornell), Chrissy Madison and Stephanie Danner (Jason). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
