He is survived by: his wife Jewell Maddox; his children, Renae Adams (Brandon) of Oakman and Tim Maddox (Kim) of Oakman; his grandchildren, Ashley Maddox Madison, Blake Maddox, Matthew Maddox, Mark Maddox, Aiden Adams and Cameron Adams; his great grandchildren, Heather Madison and Maddox Madison; and his grandchild Many. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
