He is survived by: his wife Opal Mayhugh; his daughter Michelle Mayhugh Grant (Jack); his grandchildren, Ashley Mayhugh Schimanski (Daniel), Cristan Mayhugh, David Schwartz (Crystal) and Jacob Tyler Mayhugh; his great grandchildren, Breanna Mayhugh, Izabella Cantu, Nathaniel Schwartz and Thomas Schwartz; his daughter-in-law Catherine Mayhugh; and his siblings, Merle Mayhugh (Peggy), James Mayhugh (Kathy) and Patricia Ray (Don). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
