He is survived by: his wife Patricia Irene "Pat" Higgins; his children, Laurie Murse (Matt) and Matt Higgins (Mary Beth); his grandson Jacob Higgins (Allyson); his siblings, Dottie La Blanc, Irene Stevens (Richard) and Jimmy Higgins (Martha); and his great grandchildren, Everlee Higgins and Matthew Brooks Higgins.
