It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicky Rhodes Waters of Notasulga, Alabama, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Drew Rhodes and Naomi Ruth Sprayberry Rhodes; and her husband Joseph Edward Waters. She is survived by: her daughter Kristi Waters Spraggins (Travis) of Notasulga; and her grandchildren, Branton, Kalyn and Garrett Spraggins.
