He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Dillard and Cleo Dillard; and his brothers, Larry, Robin, Gene and Sammy.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Uptain Dillard; his children, Jason Dillard (Casey) and Valerie Baker (Jason); his grandchildren, Jeb, Baye Brantley, Reed, Haley Baker, Asheton Freeman (Donavan) and Brittney Dillard; his great grandchild Briggs Freeman; and his nephews, Heath Dillard (Cortney), Parker and Bentley. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Liberty United Methodist Church.
