He is survived by: his wife Linda Kirby; his daughter Kellie Fordham (Ken); his grandchildren, Blake Cooley, Katelyn Waits and Brooke Payne (Bryant); and his great grandchildren, Kyleigh Waits, Ashton Waits, Connor Cooley, Addi Payne, Hannah Sue Payne and Jacob Payne.
