He was predeceased by: his children, Tonya Dillard Webster and Todd Dillard; and his mother Eunice Dillard. He is survived by: his former wife Joyce Dillard; his stepson Joey Nelson; his grandchildren, Byron Dillard (Ashlin), Brandon Dillard and Heather Atkinson; his stepgranddaughters, Hollie Nelson and Lauren Fomby; his great grandchild Ryker Dillard; his brother Bobby Jack Dillard; and his close friend Steve Gann. He is also survived by three nieces, one nephew.
