He was predeceased by: his wife Sara Nell Adams Davis; his siblings, Fay Marie McCullough and Rex Davis; and his parents, Irene Currenton Davis and Rube T. Davis.

He is survived by: his sons, Mark Brian Davis (Lorna) and Timothy Adams Davis (Shelly); his sister Evelyn Hollon; his sister-in-law Kathy Rick; his grandchildren, Andrew Davis, Micah Davis (Darian), Jordan Davis (Kelli) and Lauren Ramsey (Gerard); and his great grandchildren, Clark Davis, Ryan Davis, Caiden Ramsey and Laila Ramsey.
