He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Elmore, Sr. and Timothy Elmore, Sr.; his grandsons, Jeffrey Allen Elmore, Jr. and Timothy Rowe Elmore, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Timothy Rowe "Tre', Elmore III and Abbie Kate Elmore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
