She was predeceased by: her parents, Adella Weaver and Burton Weaver; her sister Muriel; her brother-in-law Edmund Nuchols; and her nephew Robert Nuchols.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ava, McCoy (Mac), River and Carol Long (Terry, family: Brenda Kelley); and her caregivers, Peggy Bailey, Betty Gray and Ashley Watkins Martin.
