He was predeceased by: his sister Teresa Tebbs (Larry); and his brother-in-law Richard "Rich" Butler. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Goree Tebbs; his son Dawson; his stepchildren, Dana Goree Hill, Tracey Clackley (Carl) and Keith Traywick (Angel) of Northport Alabama; his sister Pat Frey of Columbia Maryland; his nephew Lou; his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Goree and Debra Butler of Northport Alabama; his nephew Travis Ryan; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Moore Dixon Mills (Jamichael), Tony Hannah San Diego, Jaxon and Ethan Traywick.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Lung Foundation in his memory.
