He is survived by: his wife Christeen Sanders Evans of Northport; his sons, Johnny Evans, Jr. (Sandy) of Jacksonville, Jerry Evans (Chasity) of Chattanooga, Michael Pike of LaPort, Kevin Pike of Tuscaloosa, Keith Pike of Northport and Kent Pike (Andrea); his sister Tabatha Clark (Randy) of Oxford; his niece Shaunda Combs (Richard) of Anniston; his grandchildren, Clinton Evans, Rachel Railey (Spencer), Catie Evans, Sasha Doan (Josh), Stephen Gentry, Cody Evans (Tailor), Nicole Pike, Taylor Pike, Jonathan Pike, Dylan Pike, Logan Pike, Brett Barnett and Taylor Barnett; his great grandchildren, Kellen Railey, Austin Railey and Teagan Plowman; and also Serena Moss.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the Jimmie Hale Mission and St. Jude.
