She was predeceased by: her parents, Erin Rose and George Rose of Northport, Alabama.. She is survived by: her children, Wendell Todd Shirley (Ginger), Johanna Rose Shirley and Ryan Edward Shirley (Karen); her grandchildren, Audrey Rose Higgins (Pat), Allison Lay (John Tanner), Adrian Shirley, Will Shirley, Austin Lancaster (Maghan), Adam Lancaster, Savannah Shirley and Julianna Rose Barksdale; and her great grandchildren, Alayna Jayne Driver, Josie Lay, Stella Lay, Grayden Lay, Miller Lancaster, Sawyer Lancaster and Ann Collins Lancaster.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Saint Mark Church (1421 McFarland N Blvd, Northport, AL 35476). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the Tuscaloosa Memorial Park (5434 Old Birmingham Hwy, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404).
Memorials may be made to St. Mark Church, 1421 McFarland Boulevard, Northport, AL 35476, in honor of Jayne Rose Shirley.
