She was predeceased by: her husband James Teddy "Ted" Howell; her parents, William Kelly Sisco and Mary Hereford Sisco; and her brother Ray Sisco. She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine Howell Kizzire (Maxie) and Nancy Howell Lard (Brad); her grandchildren, Pete Trice (Brooke), Emily Trice, James Lard and Catherine Lard; her stepgrandchildren, Cameron Kizzire Albach (Drew) and Patton Kizzire (Kari); and her sisters, Edna Mae Meeks and Mary Kay Sisco.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Tuscaloosa or First Presbyterian Church of Tuscaloosa.
