She was predeceased by: her parents, James Irby Riley and Irene Oreal Hicks Riley; her husbands, Charles David Hughes and Lewie Ray Riley; and her daughter-in-law Carol Carruth Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Hughes of Echo, Carol Hooks (Bill) of Glennville, Georgia, Tim Riley (Sherri) and Sheryl Sketo (Steve) of Midland City; her grandchildren, Stacy Phillips (Andy), Hannah Vincent (Ronnie), Eric Thomas, Will Hooks (Lindsay), Lacey Hooks, Spencer Sketo (Kaitlin), Julia Brown (Thomas), Cole Riley (Nadine) and Hope Smith (Andy); and her sister Diane Joyner (Ken) of Dothan. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
