Baxter; his daughter-in-law Nicole Baxter; his children, Lee Danzey, Christopher L Baxter, Frederick L. Baxter, Valerie Oliver, Teresa F. Baxter, Carrie D. Baxter, Beverly L. Baxter and Arlonna Galloway; and his sisters, Mary B. Hicks, Elnora B. of Washington and Daisy B. Glass. He was also cherished by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, paternal and maternal relatives, extended family members and friends including special friend.
