He was predeceased by: his parents, Thornton Roosevelt Moody and Ethel Allday Moody; and his siblings, Ruby Gelzer, Clayton Blackmon, Dwight Moody, Mancil Moody and Albert Blackmon.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Moody; his children, Keith Richardson (Beth), Chris Moody, Tamara Moody and Natalie Moody; and his pets, Coco and Foxy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
