It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Covington of Newton, Alabama, who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Franklin Covington and Annie Bell Strickland Covington; and his sister Frances Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Mary White Covington; his son Jeff Covington; and his sister June Paramore.
