She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gibbs and Ollie Morgan Gibbs; and her husband Donald E. Bywater. She is survived by: her children, Andrew Bywater of Clayhatchee, Danny Bywater (Robin) of Texas, Donna Bywater of Louisiana, Becky Nicholson of Abeline and Terry Bass of Newton; her caregiver Will Bass; and her siblings, Patsy Lawson of Kentucky and Charlie Gibbs of Kentucky. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
