He was predeceased by: his father John Wesley; and his brother John Howard Killingsworth. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Hollis Killingsworth; his son Curtis Wesley "Wes" Killingsworth; his siblings, Betty Grasso, Billy, Bobby (Candy), Wayne and Ronald Killingsworth; and his siblings-in-law, Johnny Mack and Janet Hollis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that contributions be made to Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery Fund, 3176 Cumbie Road, Newton, AL 36352.
