He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Leroy Pearce, Sr. and Emma Scotton Pearce of Virginia; his wives, Barbara Pearce and Betty Lucas Pearce; his daughters, Connie and Donnie Pearce; and his brother Wade Winslow Pearce.

He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Pearce of Virginia and Sue O. Dobbs.
